About the Journal

Nyayadeep Shiksha Law Journal is a new, faculty-run, peer-reviewed, open-access journal committed to promoting rigorous and original legal scholarship. We provide a dynamic platform for the legal community to share insights and engage with evolving legal paradigms.

Emerging Frontiers in Law and Justice

We invite submissions on a wide range of topics, including:

  • Technology Law & AI Regulation
  • Constitutional & Human Rights Law
  • International Law & Climate Justice
  • Commercial Arbitration & IPR
  • Criminal Law Reform & Jurisprudence
  • Any other contemporary legal issue.

Details

Submission Categories

  • Long Articles:4,000 – 6,000 words
  • Short Articles / Essays:2,000 – 4,000 words
  • Case Comments / Legislative Notes:1,500 – 2,500 words
    (Word count includes footnotes)

 

Submission Guidelines

  • Co-authorship:Up to 2 authors is permitted.
  • Abstract:Mandatory (250 words max).
  • Originality:Submissions must be original and unpublished.
  • Blind Review:The manuscript must not contain any identifying details.
  • Format:.doc or .docx format. OSCOLACitation Style preferred.

How to Submit?

Email two separate documents:

  1. Manuscript (without author details)
  2. Cover Letter with: Author details, affiliation, contact info, bio-note, and a declaration of originality.
